IFFA Retrospective ’25

True Quality Takes Time – A Retrospective

Sometimes, a moment is so intense that you need some distance to truly put it into perspective. Exactly one year has passed since we packed up our IFFA booth. Yet, what started back then in Frankfurt continues to shape our daily operations today.

More Than Just Small Talk

The conversations at our booth were different this time—deeper. It wasn’t just about machinery or ingredients, but about real solutions for the sausage manufacturing of tomorrow.

• Thank You to Our Visitors:

Your input was the fuel for our new developments over the past year.

• New Paths:

In the meantime, initial encounters have evolved into strong global partnerships.

• Old Friends:

It was great to meet our long-standing global partners in person to deepen our shared strategies.

Why Only Now?

To be completely honest: we’ve been busy turning those inspiring trade show impulses into reality. The projects we initiated back then with product developers are now a living reality on production lines. The IFFA trade show only lasts a few days. The connections built there last for years.

In short: We look back on a year full of growth that originated from the many great conversations at our booth. Thank you to all the partners and salami experts walking this path with us!

Innovationen, die hängen bleiben: Produktoptimierungen.

One year later, we see the results in black and white—or rather: perfectly cured & precisely sliced. In the meantime, our trade show highlights have successfully proven themselves in the market.

Slicing on a New Level

The response to our new developments for slicing applications was overwhelming. By now, the first systems are running in continuous operation. The goal was clear: maximum yield with minimal giveaway. Today’s real-world practice shows that we struck a vital, market-shaping chord within the meat industry.

Aesthetics Meet Function: The Honeycomb Look

A real highlight was our synthetic casings featuring a honeycomb mesh. They combine the best of both worlds:

  • Flawless Aesthetics: Plastic and fibrous casings with a honeycomb net for cooked sausage and cured meats perfectly complement our portfolio.
  • Efficiency: Smoke and color transfer simplify processing steps without compromising on quality.

The 12-Month Verdict

These innovations didn’t remain mere trade show hype. Today, they are standard for many of our valued customers. We want to thank the product developers who had the courage to explore new paths in slicing technology and sausage casings together with us.
