In a joint initiative, Christl GmbH and Huckfeldt & Thorlichen GmbH & Co. KG present an annual advancement award for the best thesis to promising young talents at (Emil-Fischer-Schule | Upper Secondary Center for Nutrition and Food Technology) for outstanding achievements in the field of food technology. This renowned technical school has been a cornerstone of the industry since 1878.
1st Prize, EFS Berlin Technical Thesis “Technology of Ready Meals & Fine Food 2025” was awarded to:
“Maximilian Haack for “KOKUMI” – Enzymatically hydrolyzed seasoning sauce made from mushrooms with varying salt concentrations, featuring instrumental color analysis and microbiological evaluation.
Mr. Stefan Dälken, Managing Director of Huckfeldt & Thorlichen GmbH & Co. KG (HUKKI), represented both his company and Christl GmbH at the ceremony.
