KG<\/a> present an annual advancement award for the best thesis to promising young talents at (<a href=\"https:\/\/efs.berlin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Emil-Fischer-Schule | Upper Secondary Center for Nutrition and Food Technology<\/a>) for outstanding achievements in the field of food technology. This renowned technical school has been a cornerstone of the industry since 1878. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1st Prize, EFS Berlin Technical Thesis &#8220;Technology of Ready Meals &amp; Fine Food 2025&#8221; was awarded to: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/efs.berlin\/lefa\/fertiggerichte-und-feinkost\/technikerarbeiten#ta2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maximilian Haack for &#8220;KOKUMI<\/a>&#8221; &#8211;<\/strong> Enzymatically hydrolyzed seasoning sauce made from mushrooms with varying salt concentrations, featuring instrumental color analysis and microbiological evaluation.<br\/><br\/>Mr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/stefand%C3%A4lken\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Stefan D\u00e4lken<\/strong><\/a>, Managing Director of <strong>Huckfeldt &amp; Thorlichen GmbH &amp; Co.
